As the emergency third quarterback, Rush will only see the field Sunday if both Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley were to exit the game due to injury, illness or ejection.
The Ravens placed Higgins (knee) on injured reserve Saturday.
Higgins was injured in last Sunday's win over the Vikings and was given a multi-week timetable for return, so his placement on injured reserve makes sense. Higgins has seen all of his action on special teams this season, logging six tackles (three solo) on 152 snaps.

The injury appears to be a new one for the rookie second-rounder after he popped up on Thursday's practice report as a limited participant. Head coach John Harbaugh said Friday that Walker will dress Sunday against the Browns in the absence of Rashod Bateman (ankle), Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.
Walker hasn't played since Week 5, but Bateman's injury will give the 2024 fourth-round pick an opportunity to see the field Sunday. Walker figures to fill a depth role, though he scored two touchdowns against the Browns in Week 2.

Bateman emerged from this past Sunday's game with an ankle sprain that resulted in him wearing a walking boot afterward. He then didn't practice Wednesday through Friday before the Ravens made a ruling on his status for Week 11. Zay Flowers will lead Baltimore's group of wide receivers Sunday, while DeAndre Hopkins, Tylan Wallace, Devontez Walker and LaJohntay Wester are the other options at the position on the active roster. Bateman's next chance for game action is Sunday, Nov. 23 against the Jets.
