  • Commanders' Austin Seibert: Fills up scoreboard vs. Panthers

Seibert made all four of his field-goal tries and converted all four of his extra-point attempts in Sunday's 40-7 win versus Carolina.

Seibert has now made multiple field goals in five of his six games in 2024, and Week 7 was actually his second consecutive game attempting four field goals. Washington has scored as many points through seven weeks as any team in the league (31.1 per game), and Seibert has made as many field goals as any other kicker (19).

  • Commanders' Dyami Brown: Reels in 23-yard catch

Brown played 21 of the Commanders' 69 snaps on offense and recorded a 23-yard reception among his three targets in Sunday's 40-7 win over the Panthers.

Brown's 21 snaps placed him fifth among Commanders receivers, trailing Terry McLaurin (49), Noah Brown (42), Olamide Zaccheaus (29) and Luke McCaffrey (26). Dyami Brown has recorded a catch in six straight games, but he hasn't topped 60 receiving yards in any contest and has found the end zone just once during that stretch. Even in deeper fantasy leagues, Brown doesn't profile as a reliable option.

  • Commanders' Ben Sinnott: Scores first touchdown in win

Sinnott caught both of his targets for six yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 40-7 win over the Panthers.

Sinnott played 45 percent of the Commanders' offensive snaps Sunday, his highest snap share of his young career. The rookie tight end caught his first career touchdown in the third quarter of the contest from backup quarterback Marcus Mariota, as starter Jayden Daniels was sidelined with a rib injury. As the year progresses, Sinnott should continue to develop and see some increased usage in the Commanders' passing attack. The 22-year-old still remains the No. 2 tight end option behind veteran Zach Ertz, but an injury to the latter could force Sinnott into the spotlight at some point this season. Sinnott should remain off the fantasy radar for now, but his performance is worth monitoring in a Week 8 matchup against the Bears.

  • Commanders' Luke McCaffrey: Not targeted in blowout win

McCaffrey was held without a target in Sunday's 40-7 win over the Panthers.

McCaffrey was a complete non-factor Week 7, as the rookie was held without a reception for the first time since Week 2. The 23-year-old wideout played 26 of the Commanders' 69 offensive snaps Sunday, trailing fellow receiversTerry McLaurin (49), Noah Brown (42) and Olamide Zaccheaus (29). At this point, McCaffrey isn't seeing enough usage in Washington's passing attack to be in consideration for fantasy purposes.

  • Commanders' Noah Brown: Targeted once in win

Brown caught his only target for 16 yards in Sunday's 40-7 win over the Panthers.

Brown's one target and one catch in Week 7 were both season lows in the five games he's played so far in 2024. The 28-year-old wideout played the second-most snaps (42) in the contest among Commanders receivers, just behind Terry McLaurin (49). Brown has continued to see his role grow throughout the early part of the season, and it's possible that he could gain some fantasy appeal if he can make the most of his opportunities in Washington's passing attack. Brown might have difficulty taking a meaningful step forward in Week 8, however, as the Commanders could be without rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels (ribs) when they square off against the Bears.

  • Commanders' Jeremy McNichols: Handles seven carries

McNichols rushed seven times for 42 yards in Sunday's 40-7 win over the Panthers.

On a day when the Commanders dominated the Panthers, McNichols saw some added carries as Washington's No. 3 running back. The 28-year-old played just 17 of the Commanders' 69 offensive snaps in the contest behind Austin Ekeler (28) and Brian Robinson (26). Heading into a Week 8 matchup with Chicago, McNichols doesn't hold much value for fantasy with both Robinson and Ekeler healthy.
