Rockets' Dorian Finney-Smith: Limited again in victory
Finney-Smith produced three points (1-2 FG, 1-2 3Pt), one rebound, two assists and one block in 20 minutes during Tuesday's 102-95 victory over the Clippers.
Finney-Smith scored fewer than five points for the seventh straight game, despite the fact that he has carved out a somewhat consistent role. In 12 appearances over the past month, he has averaged just 3.1 points in 16.1 minutes, leaving him well and truly off the fantasy radar.

Rockets' Reed Sheppard: Logs 30 minutes Tuesday
Sheppard logged 16 points (6-10 FG, 4-6 3Pt), six rebounds, four assists, one block and two steals across 30 minutes during Tuesday's 102-95 win over the Clippers.
Sheppard logged at least 30 minutes for the second straight game, with head coach Ime Udoka opting to run with an eight-man rotation. While this was certainly an encouraging performance, managers are right to be skeptical when it comes to Sheppard's playing time. He is worth adding if he was dropped in your league, although do so with caution, given what we have seen in Houston this season.

Rockets' Kevin Durant: Scores 26 points in win
Durant chipped in 26 points (8-22 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 7-7 FT), six rebounds, three assists and two steals during Tuesday's 102-95 win over the Clippers.
Durant led Houston with 26 points, although it was not his most efficient night by his standards, as he shot just 36.4 percent from the field. The 37-year-old played 40-plus minutes for the 12th time this season and ranks third in the NBA in minutes per game at 36.7, continuing to defy Father Time.

Rockets' Reed Sheppard: Won't start Tuesday
Sheppard won't start Tuesday's game against the Clippers, Lachard Binkley of SI.com reports.
Sheppard got the starting nod in Saturday's win over the Thunder due to Amen Thompson being under the weather, though the former will slide back to the second unit Tuesday. Over his last five outings off the bench, Sheppard has averaged 8.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.0 assists across 22.0 minutes per tilt.

Rockets' Jae'Sean Tate: Cleared to play
Tate (wrist) is available for Tuesday's game against the Clippers.
Tate will be available as an emergency depth option off the bench, but he's not guaranteed any rotation minutes.

Rockets' Amen Thompson: Available to play
Thompson (illness) will be available for Tuesday's game against the Clippers.
Thompson was technically available Saturday against the Thunder, but the Rockets decided to keep him on the sidelines. Assuming he's feeling better, Thompson will likely be a full go Tuesday, which could push Reed Sheppard back to the second unit.

Rockets' Kevin Durant: Chips in 20 against OKC
Durant logged 20 points (6-10 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 6-9 FT), one rebound, four assists, one block and one steal across 40 minutes during Saturday's 112-106 win over the Thunder.
Facing the team that made him the second overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft, Durant let his younger teammates take the lead in terms of usage and shot volume -- he was fifth among Houston's starters in FG attempts -- but he still reached 20 points for the seventh time in his last nine games. Over that stretch, Durant is averaging 26.1 points, 4.8 boards, 3.6 assists, 2.8 threes and 1.2 steals.

Rockets' Jabari Smith: Big double-double in win
Smith notched 22 points (5-12 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 9-11 FT), 10 rebounds, one block and one steal across 43 minutes during Saturday's 112-106 victory over Oklahoma City.
The double-double was his 10th of the season, while the scoring effort was Smith's best since he erupted for a season-high 32 against the Pelicans on Jan. 18. The fourth-year forward has scored in double digits in six straight contests, averaging 17.3 points, 6.8 boards, 2.5 threes, 2.2 blocks, 1.8 assists and 1.0 steals over that stretch.

Rockets' Tari Eason: Erupts for season-high 26 in win
Eason finished Saturday's 112-106 victory over the Thunder with 26 points (10-22 FG, 5-13 3Pt, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds, one assist and three steals across 34 minutes.
The 26 points were a season high for Eason, who hadn't even reached 20 since Nov. 12 against the Wizards. The fourth-year wing has had trouble staying healthy once again this season, but over six games since returning to the starting lineup Jan. 26 he's averaging 14.8 points, 7.0 boards, 2.8 threes and 1.7 steals in 29.7 minutes.

Rockets' Alperen Sengun: Triple-doubles in win
Sengun generated 17 points (6-12 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 12 rebounds, 11 assists, three steals and three blocks across 37 minutes of Saturday's 112-106 win over the Thunder.
Sengun notched his second triple-double of the season, but he scored under 20 points for the sixth time in the last seven games. The standout center had been averaging 21.5 points per game across 37 games before the seven-game dry spell. Though the scoring production hasn't been there recently, Sengun has been productive elsewhere over his last seven outings, averaging 11.9 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 1.1 blocks and 1.1 steals during that stretch.

Rockets' Amen Thompson: Doesn't play Saturday
Thompson (illness) didn't play in Saturday's 112-106 win over the Thunder.
Thompson was a late addition to the injury report Saturday due to an illness. While he was ultimately upgraded to available ahead of the contest, he did not see the floor. He'll have until Tuesday's game against the Clippers to recover. If he's forced to miss additional time, Reed Sheppard and JD Davison may continue to see increased playing time.

Rockets' Josh Okogie: Coming off bench Saturday
Okogie is not in the Rockets' starting lineup against the Thunder on Saturday, Varun Shankar of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Okogie started Thursday's loss to the Hornets but will revert to a reserve role Saturday after Tari Eason (lower leg) was cleared to return. Okogie has started eight of the Rockets' last 14 games, and over that span he has averaged 4.8 points, 3.1 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 0.9 threes and 0.9 steals over 21.6 minutes per game.

Rockets' Reed Sheppard: Starting vs. OKC
Sheppard will start against the Thunder on Saturday, Will Guillory of The Athletic reports.
Amen Thompson is available to play off the bench but is battling an illness, so Sheppard will step into the starting five for the second time this month. As a starter this season (five games), the second-year guard has averaged 13.4 points, 4.2 assists, 4.0 rebounds, 2.2 steals and 1.0 blocks in 28.6 minutes per contest.

Rockets' Amen Thompson: Coming off bench
Thompson will come off the bench Saturday versus the Thunder, Varun Shankar of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Thompson is available after previously carrying a questionable tag with his illness. However, the Rockets may be cautious with his workload since he's not 100 percent, making him a risky play in daily formats.

Rockets' Amen Thompson: Good to go Saturday
Thompson (illness) is available for Saturday's game against the Thunder.
Thompson presumably woke up under the weather Saturday and was a late addition to the injury report, though he'll give it a go against the Thunder. The third-year guard has shot just 42.6 percent from the field over his last five outings, averaging 13.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 6.4 assists and 2.8 combined steals-plus-blocks in 35.4 minutes per contest during that stretch.
