  • Cavaliers' Donovan Mitchell: Agrees to three-year extension

Mitchell (calf) and the Cavaliers agreed to a three-year, $150.3 million extension Tuesday, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

The extension includes a player option for the 2027-28 season. Mitchell's future with the Cavaliers has been a major storyline in the media for over a year, so Cleveland will be relieved to secure Mitchell's signature as they move into a new era with coach Kenny Atkinson at the helm. During the regular season in 2023-24, Mitchell averaged 26.6 points, 6.1 assists, 5.1 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 3.3 three-pointers.

  • Mo Bamba C | PHI

Clippers' Mo Bamba: Inks deal with Clippers

Bamba agreed to a one-year deal with the Clippers on Monday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Bamba will join the Clippers and provide extra depth behind Ivica Zubac. The 26-year-old played for the 76ers last season, during which he averaged 4.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.1 blocks across a career-low 13.0 minutes in 57 regular-season games. However, Bamba did shoot a career-high 39.1 percent from deep in a limited number of attempts at 1.1 per game.

  • Kris Dunn PG | UTA

Clippers' Kris Dunn: Landing with Clippers

Dunn (foot) has agreed to a contract with the Clippers, Chris Haynes of Turner Sports reports.

The terms of the deal have yet to be disclosed, and the club is reportedly looking into the possibility of a sign-and-trade, per Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports. This move also indicates that the Clippers are looking to trade Russell Westbrook at some point before the 2024-25 campaign. Dunn averaged 5.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.0 steals in 66 appearances this past season with the Jazz and will serve as guard depth behind James Harden.

  • Gary Harris SG | ORL

Magic's Gary Harris: Staying in Orlando

Harris agreed to a two-year, $14 million contract with the Magic on Monday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Harris has elected to return to Orlando after seeing his production dip yet again during the 2023-24 season. He averaged 6.9 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 54 regular-season appearances (27 starts), and he's played in 102 regular-season games over the past two years. Harris figures to serve primarly in a bench role in 2024-25, likely playing backup shooting guard minutes behind Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.

  • KJ Simpson PG | CHA

Hornets' KJ Simpson: To miss Summer League

Simpson suffered a hamstring injury during the pre-draft process and is expected to miss Summer League in order to rehab.

This is an unfortunate injury for Simpson, who undoubtedly would've benefitted from seeing game action during Summer League. However, the team notes the rookie guard is expected to be healthy by the fall and should be available for the start of training camp.

  • Tidjane Salaun PF | CHA

Hornets' Tidjane Salaun: Out of Hornets' minicamp

Salaun will be unavailable for the Hornets' minicamp due to a minor laceration near his knee.

The No. 6 overall pick in the 2024 Draft is expected to miss the club's minicamp in Sacramento on Tuesday, but he will likely be available for Summer League. The 18-year-old played for Cholet in France in the 2023-24 season, during which he averaged 9.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 1.0 assists across 22.7 minutes per game.

  • Nate Hinton SG | HOU

Rockets' Nate Hinton: Signs Exhibit 10 deal with Rockets

The Rockets signed Hinton to an Exhibit 10 deal Monday, Kelly Iko of The Athletic reports.

The Rockets previously decided not to extend a two-way qualifying offer to Hinton. The 25-year-old averaged 2.2 points and 1.5 rebounds across 5.0 minutes in 15 regular-season games with the club last season. However, Hinton will now have the chance to prove he is worth another two-way contract with Houston's Summer League team.

  • Garrett Temple SF | TOR

Raptors' Garrett Temple: Returns to Toronto

Temple and the Raptors agreed on a one-year deal Monday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

The Raptors signed Temple back for his second year with the team Monday. The 38-year-old averaged 3.3 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.0 assists across 10.7 minutes in only 27 regular-season appearances last season.

  • Suns' Collin Gillespie: Joins Suns on two-way deal

Gillespie signed a two-way deal with the Suns on Monday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Gillespie missed his entire rookie season with Denver while recovering from surgery to repair a fractured right leg. He returned to action last year, making 24 appearances before being shut down with a left knee sprain. Gillespie is presumably healthy after passing a physical to make this deal official, but he's certainly not guaranteed a rotational role with Phoenix in 2024-25.

  • Goga Bitadze C | ORL

Magic's Goga Bitadze: Staying in Orlando

Bitadze and the Magic agreed to a three-year, $25 million contract Monday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

In his first full season with the Magic, Bitadze made 62 appearances and 33 starts in the regular season. As a starter, he averaged 7.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.7 blocks and 0.8 steals in 23.8 minutes. As a reserve, Bitadze averaged just 2.1 points and 1.6 rebounds in 5.9 minutes per game. Wendell Carter has two years left on his current deal, so Bitadze projects to be a backup again in 2024-25.
