Saints' Ryan Ramczyk: Renegotiates contract, may retire
Ramczyk (knee) signed a renegotiated contract Monday, potentially setting the stage for his retirement, ESPN's Katherine Terrell reports.
Terrell notes that Drew Brees signed a similar agreement in 2021 to help the Saints add much-needed cap space right before he retired. Ramczyk was one of the best offensive tackles in the NFL from 2017 to 2023, until knee cartilage problems derailed his career. He hasn't played since Week 14 of 2023 and will turn 31 in April.

Saints' Bryan Bresee: Continued growth in 2024
Bresee collected 25 tackles (17 solo), including 7.5 sacks, three pass breakups and a forced fumble across 17 regular-season appearances for the Saints in 2024.
Bresee's overall production doesn't jump off the page, as he logged just one more tackle than he did during his rookie 2023 season. But, he led the team in sacks and played the most defensive snaps (667) of any defensive tackle for New Orleans. The highlight of his season came in the Week 14 win versus the Giants, when he blocked a 35-yard field-goal attempt that would have tied the game late in the fourth quarter. Bresee should come into the 2025 campaign as one of the leaders for New Orleans' defensive line and pass rush.

Saints' Ugo Amadi: Logs 65 tackles in 2024
Amadi amassed 65 tackles (52 solo), including 2.0 sacks, and seven passes defended while appearing in 11 regular-season games for New Orleans in 2024.
Amadi wasn't expected to be an impact player in the Saints' secondary this season, but he was brought up from the practice squad in late October after starting cornerback Paulson Adebo suffered a season-ending broken femur. Amadi slotted in as the team's primary nickelback for the rest of the season. The 27-year-old totaled more than 60 tackles for the first time in his career and over 50 tackles for the first time his 2021 campaign with Kansas City. He also tallied the first two sacks of his career. Amadi is slated to become an unrestricted free agent this coming offseason, though it wouldn't be surprising if he comes back to compete for a depth role with the Saints in 2025.

Saints' Will Harris: Productive season with NOLA
Harris recorded 74 tackles (54 solo) and five pass breakups, including one interception, across 13 regular-season appearances for the Saints in 2024.
Harris posted solid numbers during his first campaign with the Saints. The 30-year-old spent his first five seasons in Detroit before inking a one-year, $1.29 million contract with New Orleans last offseason. The Saints got a solid return on their investment with the veteran, who finished fourth on the team in tackles despite missing four games on IR with a hamstring injury. Harris is currently slated to become an unrestricted free agent again this offseason, and the Saints would have a sizable hole to fill if he does not return for the 2025 campaign.

Saints' Alontae Taylor: Logs career highs in 2024
Taylor totaled 89 tackles (61 solo), including 4.0 sacks, and 16 pass breakups across 17 regular-season appearances with the Saints in 2024.
Taylor's production continued to ascend during his third season with the Saints, as he tallied career highs in tackles, sacks and passes defended. The 2022 second-round pick also finished third on the team in tackles behind linebackers Demario Davis (136) and Pete Werner (92). Taylor's emergence as one of the best up-and-coming players on the Saints' defense should set him up for a prominent role in 2025, which will also be the final season of his rookie contract.

Saints' Demario Davis: Remains highly productive in 2024
Davis racked up 136 tackles (69 solo), including 2.0 sacks and seven passes defended, including one interception, across 16 regular-season appearances for the Saints in 2024.
Davis keeps piling up 100-tackles seasons well into his NFL career. The 13-year veteran recorded a career high in tackles despite playing in 16 of 17 regular-season games in 2024. This included six games with double-digit tackles. Davis was one of the few remaining bright spots on what has become a rather old and untalented Saints franchise. He's now set to enter the final season of his three-year, $27 million contract with New Orleans in 2025.

Saints' Dallin Holker: Serves as TE3 in 2024
Holker appeared in 12 regular-season games for New Orleans in 2024, nabbing three of four targets for 21 yards.
Holker did not play in the first four games of the season before appearing in 12 of the final 13 contests. The undrafted rookie out of Colorado State was buried on the depth chart behind veteran tight ends Juwan Johnson and Foster Moreau (knee) for much of the season, but he got some more opportunities after Taysom Hill suffered a season-ending ACL tear Week 13. Holker recorded three catches over the final five games of the season, including two receptions during the 27-19 loss to Tampa Bay in Week 18. Johnson is currently set to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and the 34-year-old Hill has just one season remaining on his contract with the Saints. Holker could have a path to a more significant role if the Saints don't bring back Johnson and/or Hill for the 2025 campaign.

Saints' Mason Tipton: Fades in depleted WR corps
Tipton tallied 14 receptions (on 26 targets) for 99 yards across 11 regular-season appearances for the Saints in 2024.
Tipton saw action right away as a rookie and seemed to be growing into a larger role by the midway point of the year. The undrafted wideout peaked when he caught six of nine targets while playing 82 percent of snaps Week 7. But, his production quickly faded with only two catches over the next three games, and he was ruled a healthy scratch for six of the final seven contests. This was somewhat surprising, as top wideouts Chris Olave (concussion) and Rashid Shaheed (knee) were sidelined for the final nine and 11 games of the regular season, respectively. The Saints instead relied upon its tight ends and a patchwork group of journeymen wideouts, including Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Kevin Austin, Cedrick Wilson and Dante Pettis. Tipton will likely compete for a reserve role heading into the 2025 season.

Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Quiet first season in New Orleans
Wilson appeared in 15 regular-season games for the Saints in 2024, totaling 20 catches (on 27 targets) for 211 yards and one touchdown.
Wilson saw consistent playing time as the third or fourth wideout for the Saints this season. The 29-year-old joined New Orleans on a two-year, $5.2 million contract in March after spending his previous two seasons in Miami. Wilson was expected to provide some veteran depth behind top wideouts Chris Olave (concussion) and Rashid Shaheed (knee), but he never made much of an impact even though the duo missed the final nine and 11 games of the season, respectively. Wilson logged more than three receptions in just one game, and he ultimately finished with less than 25 catches for the third season in a row. He'll likely have to compete for a reserve role once again heading into the 2025 season.
