Fuller (concussion) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Fuller upgraded from a limited participant during Wednesday's practice to a full participant Thursday. However, he'll need to be cleared by an independent neurologist before exiting the league's five-step concussion protocols. Given his ability to practice in full Thursday, Fuller could be cleared to play in Sunday's AFC East showdown against the Jets.

Fuller has been sidelined for the Dolphins' last three games due to a concussion he sustained in Week 10 against the Rams. Wednesday was the first time Fuller was able to practice in at least a limited capacity, indicating that he is progressing through the league's five-step concussion protocols. He'll have to be cleared by an independent neurologist in order to play against the Jets on Sunday.

The veteran corner was estimated as a non-participant in practice all week after missing the Dolphins' last two games due to a concussion, so it's no surprise he won't play in Miami's Thanksgiving Day matchup in Green Bay. Head coach Mike McDaniel told reporters Monday that Fuller (concussion) will likely miss the Dolphins' Week 13 matchup against the Packers on Thursday night, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.
Fuller has been sidelined for the Dolphins' last two games after sustaining his second concussion of the year in a Week 10 win over the Rams, and McDaniel's comments Monday suggest that he's likely to miss even more time. Cam Smith and Storm Duck are expected to continue seeing increased work in Miami's secondary until Fuller returns to the field.

Dolphins' Kendall Fuller: Ruled out for Week 11
Head coach Mike McDaniels told reporters Tuesday that Fuller (concussion) will not play in Week 11 against the Raiders on Sunday, Nov. 17, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Fuller was diagnosed with a concussion during the Dolphins' 23-15 win over the Rams on Monday night. It's the second time he has suffered a concussion this season, and he'll work to clear the league's five-step protocols ahead of the Dolphins' Week 12 clash against the Patriots on Sunday, Nov. 24. In Fuller's absence, Cam Smith is the top candidate to get the start at corner in Week 11 opposite Jalen Ramsey.
