1:33NBA Recap: Thunder's Offense Steps in Win Over Spurs
Top Kings News
-
Kings' Maxime Raynaud: Scores 10 points in win
Raynaud notched 10 points (4-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT) and four rebounds over 27 minutes during Wednesday's 112-101 win over New York.
This was a mild effort for the rookie, but he continues to be heavily involved for the Kings. He remains a low-end fantasy asset, posting averages of 9.9 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 0.3 blocks in 27.9 minutes per contest over his last eight games.

Kings' Precious Achiuwa: Monster double-double in win
Achiuwa finished with 20 points (7-14 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-7 FT), 14 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and two steals over 39 minutes during Wednesday's 112-101 win over New York.
Achiuwa recorded his third double-double of the campaign and notched a season-high 20 points, helping the Kings pick up their third straight win. Achiuwa has been hit-or-miss as a fantasy asset, posting averages of 8.8 points, 6.1 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.0 blocks in 23.8 minutes over his last eight appearances.

Kings' Zach LaVine: Scores efficient 19 points
LaVine totaled 19 points (6-11 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds, one assist and one block over 32 minutes during Monday's 124-112 win over the Lakers.
LaVine continues to be an effective scorer, but his lack of contributions in other areas of the box score is capping his fantasy upside quite a bit. The star guard has collected more than five boards just one time and handed out more than five dimes on just one occasion so far this year, but he's scored in double digits in 23 of his 28 games.

Kings' Russell Westbrook: Plays well in win
Westbrook amassed 22 points (8-16 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 2-4 FT), five rebounds, seven assists and one steal over 34 minutes during Monday's 124-112 win over the Lakers.
Westbrook's fantasy production has been volatile at times, but his workloads have been steady in Sacramento. Over his last eight games, he's averaging 29.6 minutes with 15.1 points, 5.9 assists, 5.3 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.9 three-pointers on 40.8 percent shooting from the field.

Kings' Malik Monk: Puts up 26 points in win
Monk posted 26 points (9-15 FG, 7-9 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one rebound, eight assists and one steal across 32 minutes during Monday's 124-112 win over the Lakers.
Monk recorded his sixth game of the campaign with at least 20 points and set a new season-high mark with 26 on the night. It's no secret that Monk is on the trade block, as the Kings seem ready to pivot to a rebuild. With a modest contract and a proven resume as a scorer and playmaker, Monk is likely to have a decent market.

Kings' DeMar DeRozan: Paces Sacramento in win
DeRozan finished with 32 points (14-19 FG, 4-5 FT), six assists, three steals and two rebounds in 37 minutes during Monday's 124-112 win over the Lakers.
After scoring 22 points on 8-of-13 shooting from the field in Sunday's win over Houston, DeRozan turned in another extremely efficient outing in the second leg of this back-to-back set. The veteran forward led the Kings in scoring Monday, reaching the 30-point mark for the fourth time this season. Additionally, he extended his streak of 20-plus-point games to four, representing his longest such streak this season. He also dished out six assists for a second consecutive contest and tallied a team-best three steals.

Kings' Russell Westbrook: Records double-double in win
Westbrook chipped in 15 points (6-12 FG, 3-6 3Pt), six rebounds, 10 assists and one steal in 34 minutes during Sunday's 111-98 victory over the Rockets.
Westbrook distributed a team-high 10 assists, tallying his 12th double-double of 2025-26. The veteran floor general has averaged 14.5 points, 6.0 assists, 5.7 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 30.6 minutes per contest through six games this month so far, but he's shooting just 39.0 percent from the field.

Kings' Nique Clifford: Muted production continues
Clifford finished with eight points (4-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 0-1 FT) and two rebounds across 22 minutes during Sunday's 111-98 win over the Rockets.
Clifford's playing time is stable, with Malik Monk in and out of the lineup all season long, but Clifford's fantasy appeal remains very limited. The rookie first-rounder has scored in single digits in six straight contests, also failing to log at least three boards or two dimes in each of these appearances.

Kings' Dylan Cardwell: Narrowly misses double-double
Cardwell ended Sunday's 111-98 win over the Rockets with nine points (4-11 FG, 1-4 FT), 11 rebounds and one assist across 19 minutes.
Despite coming off the bench, the rookie big man flirted with what could've been his first career double-double. The door remains open for Caldwell to play meaningful minutes, with Domantas Sabonis (knee) still out, but Caldwell also has Precious Achiuwa and Drew Eubanks as competitors for playing time behind Maxime Raynaud.

Kings' Malik Monk: Posts 15 points off bench
Monk closed Sunday's 111-98 win over the Rockets with 15 points (6-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, three assists and one block across 26 minutes.
With Dennis Schroder (suspension) sidelined, Monk took on a larger role in the offense, recording 26 minutes during the victory. Russell Westbrook's resurgence and the addition of Schroder have torpedoed any fantasy value Monk had previously, and his outlier performance won't change that. Monk would need a trade or a string of Sacramento injuries to make a significant difference.

Kings' Maxime Raynaud: Flirts with double-double in win
Raynaud registered 12 points (6-10 FG), nine rebounds and one assist in 20 minutes during Sunday's 111-98 win over the Rockets.
Raynaud came achingly close to snapping a four-game double-double drought during the decisive win. He recorded double-digit shot attempts for the first time in two weeks, and while his rebound totals have been good, the scoring gap left by Domantas Sabonis (knee) is still a glaring deficiency in the Kings' frontcourt.

Kings' DeMar DeRozan: Hits major milestone in win
DeRozan accumulated 22 points (8-13 FG, 6-6 FT), two rebounds and six assists across 37 minutes during Sunday's 111-98 win over Houston.
DeRozan became the 23rd player in NBA history to surpass 26,000 points during the decisive victory, leading with a team-high 22 points. Although the team is struggling without Domantas Sabonis, the core group of DeRozan, Russell Westbrook, and Zach LaVine is capable of springing the occasional surprise victory, and DeRozan is usually the most prolific player in the trio. They'll face a tough back-to-back game against the Lakers on Monday evening.

Kings' Keon Ellis: Coming off bench Sunday
Ellis is not in the Kings' starting lineup against the Rockets on Sunday, Lachard Binkley of SI.com reports.
Ellis started in Friday's loss to the Warriors, though he logged just five points, two rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block over 25 minutes. He'll revert to a bench role Sunday while Precious Achiuwa enters the Kings' starting five.

Kings' Precious Achiuwa: Back in starting lineup Sunday
Achiuwa is in the Kings' starting lineup against the Rockets on Sunday, Lachard Binkley of SI.com reports.
Achiuwa came off the bench against the Warriors on Friday and played just five minutes, but he'll return to the starting lineup Sunday in place of Keon Ellis. Achiuwa has averaged 5.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.0 steals over 17.8 minutes per game over his last 12 outings.

Kings' Dennis Schroder: Suspended three games
Schroder has been suspended for three games for "confronting and attempting to strike another player," Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.com reports.
Schroder got into an altercation with an opposing player in an arena hallway following the Kings' loss to the Lakers on Dec. 28. Now, he'll be sidelined for Sacramento's next three outings, and the veteran point guard's next opportunity to play will come Friday against the Wizards. In the meantime, Keon Ellis, Nique Clifford and Malik Monk are candidates for increased playing time.
