  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Another limited practice

Kincaid (collarbone) remained limited at practice Thursday. While Kincaid maintained his practice participation level from Wednesday, Dawson Knox (ankle) returned to a limited session Thursday after being absent one day prior. Friday's injury report thus is slated to add context regarding the chances of Buffalo's top two tight ends playing Sunday against the Seahawks.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Limited in practice

Kincaid was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a collarbone injury. His ability to practice in any capacity at the start of the week suggests Kincaid's injury probably isn't too serious and is unlikely to prevent him from playing this Sunday at Seattle. Fellow Bills tight end Dawson Knox (ankle) was held out of Wednesday's practice entirely, potentially opening the door for Kincaid to play a few more snaps than usual Week 8.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Finding groove

Kincaid recorded three receptions on six targets for 52 yards in Sunday's 34-10 win over the Titans. While the rest of the Buffalo passing offense saw some fluctuation, Kincaid remained in a stable role. He's now seen either six or seven targets in four consecutive games while recording at least 45 yards in three of them. Kincaid narrowly missed out on a bigger performance, as he was tackled at the two-yard line after a 25-yard gain at the end of the third quarter. While it hasn't been a breakout season, Kincaid has become a consistent contributor.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Bust Alert (Start/Sit)

It's tough to sit Kincaid in most leagues, but this is a tough matchup for him in Week 7 against the Titans. Tennessee is No. 1 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends this season, and the Titans have held Cole Kmet, Tyler Conklin, Tucker Kraft, and Jonnu Smith to 4.4 PPR points or less in each game. While there were some quarterback concerns for those tight ends when they faced Tennessee -- Kmet was in his first game with Caleb Williams, Kraft had Malik Willis, and Smith had Tyler Huntley -- it's not like Kincaid has been exceptional this season, scoring double digits in PPR just twice. And now he has to contend with Amari Cooper for targets after he was traded to Buffalo this week. I consider Kincaid just a low-end No. 1 tight end at best in Week 7.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Ready for Week 7

Kincaid (collarbone) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game against the Titans. The Bills placed a cap on Kincaid's reps at Wednesday's walkthrough and Thursday's practice, but the second-year pro was able to handle a full allotment to wrap up Week 7 prep and thus has been cleared to suit up this weekend. He has yet to have a breakout performance through six games on the campaign, with this past Monday's output versus the Jets marking season highs in catches (six), receiving yards (51) and targets (seven).

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Remains limited Thursday

Kincaid (collarbone) remained listed as limited at practice Thursday. Kincaid, who also was deemed limited in Wednesday's walkthrough, sported a non-contact jersey during Thursday's session, per Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News. The tight end now has one more chance to upgrade to full practice participation ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans, but if he doesn't do so Friday, he'll presumably head into the weekend with an injury designation.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Limited in walkthrough

The Bills listed Kincaid as a limited participant in Wednesday's walkthrough with a collarbone injury. Kincaid logged 80 percent of offensive snaps in Monday's 23-20 win over the Jets and finished with six catches for 51 yards on seven targets. The tight end may have picked up an injury at some point along the way, but if he's able to increase his practice activity Thursday and/or Friday, he should be ready to go for Sunday's game against the Titans. Kincaid has led all Bills pass catchers with a 20.7 percent target share this season, but he could lose out on some looks after Buffalo acquired a bona fide No. 1 receiver in Amari Cooper from Cleveland on Tuesday.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Strong PPR performance

Kincaid corralled six of seven targets for 51 yards in Monday's 23-20 win over the Jets. Kincaid set a new high-water mark in both receptions and single-game yardage this season in Monday's tight win. The sophomore tight end had a better fantasy performance when he caught his lone touchdown of the season Week 3 against the Jaguars. Kincaid hasn't broke out with a big performance quite yet, but the 2023 first-round pick deserves consideration ahead of a Week 7 contest against Tennessee.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Two catches in Week 5 loss

Kincaid caught two of six targets for 34 yards in Sunday's 23-20 loss to Houston. Kincaid tied Mack Hollins for the team lead in both catches and targets as the Bills played without leading pass catcher Khalil Shakir (ankle). This subpar performance can be chalked up to a rare off day from Josh Allen, who completed only nine passes, but it continued a larger trend of disappointment for Kincaid, who has yet to reach the 50-yard threshold in a game heading into a Week 6 MNF clash against the AFC East rival Jets.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: TEs to Start

Only the Chiefs (27) allow more receptions to tight ends this season than the Ravens (23), who have given up at least 15.5 PPR points in each of the past two games against Brock Bowers and Jake Ferguson. Kincaid had three catches for 41 yards and a touchdown on five targets in Week 3 against Jacksonville, and hopefully he can stay hot against Baltimore in this potential shootout.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Four grabs in Week 2 win

Kincaid secured all four targets for 33 yards in the Bills' 31-10 win over the Dolphins on Thursday night. Kincaid had surprisingly been held to just one reception in the season-opening win against the Cardinals, and Josh Allen appeared intent on getting his second-year tight end involved early Thursday. Kincaid was on the receiving end of Allen's first two pass attempts, which totaled 17 yards. Kincaid still finished with a modest line overall, but he did have the second-most receptions and targets on the night for the Bills while also tying Ty Johnson for second-most receiving yards. Kincaid should have a chance to see his opportunities continue to climb in a Week 3 home matchup against the Jaguars on Monday, Sept. 23.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Rested for preseason finale

Kincaid didn't see the field in Saturday's 31-26 preseason loss to the Panthers. Buffalo held key starters like Josh Allen and Kincaid out of the preseason finale to ensure that they're healthy for the Sept. 8 regular-season opener against the Cardinals. Kincaid put up 673 receiving yards in a promising rookie regular season last year, and he's a likely candidate to pick up some of the slack following the offseason departure of wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who accounted for 1,183 receiving yards on 160 targets in the 2023 regular season.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: To play over a quarter Saturday

The Bills plan for Kincaid and the starting offense to play one and a half quarters during Saturday's preseason game against the Steelers, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports. Buffalo deployed the first-team units for only a quarter during last week's preseason opener against the Bears, in which Kincaid secured his only target for seven yards. With Dawson Knox (groin/ankle) currently managing a pair of injuries, Kincaid could be in line for a larger portion of snaps than usual Saturday. The second-year pro looks like a breakout candidate at the tight-end position after having put up a 73-673-2 receiving line across 16 regular-season games as a rookie.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Buffalo's leading receiver in loss

Kincaid caught all five of his targets for 45 yards in Buffalo's 27-24 divisional-round loss to the Chiefs on Sunday. The stat line explains more than just Kincaid having another strong game in what's been a fantastic rookie season, as the fact that his 45 yards led the team shows just how much the Bills couldn't get Stefon Diggs going in such a crucial game, or that Josh Allen has to play Superman with his legs for the team to keep up with elite opponents. As for Kincaid, his 73 receptions in the regular season were the fourth most in NFL history by a rookie tight end, and he's already passed teammate Dawson Knox as the No. 1 tight end in the passing game. The future is bright for Kincaid, who posted a 73-673-2 line in 16 regular-season games, especially considering he'll have an elite quarterback throwing him the ball for perhaps the next several years.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Sit Him (Lineup Decisions)

Dalton Kincaid's Week 15 donut isn't about wearing the wrong gloves or him fading out of the offense -- he simply wasn't needed as the game unfolded and the Bills overpowered the Cowboys with the run game. He played a sizable chunk of the first three quarters (57%), though it was less than normal for him before he basically sat out the fourth. Problem is, it's tough to envision Easton Stick's offense matching the Bills on the scoreboard, so what's stopping the Bills from having a similar type of game script this week at the Chargers, especially if the Bolts run defense can't rebound? And while the Chargers allow a 76% catch rate to all tight ends, they've allowed just five to score while giving up a near-league average 10.6 yards per catch. The workload makes me nervous to trust Kincaid, especially since his past three games with five or more catches resulted in 10, 8 and 7 full-PPR points. I'd rather roll the dice on Isaiah Likely, Darren Waller, Kyle Pitts and Gerald Everett, all of whom figure to be running more routes than Kincaid this week.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Limited in Wednesday's practice

Kincaid (shoulder) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday. Kincaid also drew a limited tag on the Bills' estimated practice report for Tuesday, when the team held a walkthrough. His reps were capped throughout last week as well, but Kincaid entered the weekend without a designation and played 32 snaps without recording a catch in the Bills' 31-10 win over Dallas. While he's unlikely to sit out Saturday against the Chargers, Kincaid may be playing at less than full health.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Logs limited practice

Kincaid (thumb/shoulder) was listed as a limited participant in Thursday's practice. Kincaid, who also was listed as limited in Wednesday's walkthrough, sported a red non-contact jersey during Thursday's session, per Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News. With that in mind, Kincaid presumably will need to practice fully Friday in order to avoid an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Cowboys. If Kincaid is limited or out this weekend, Dawson Knox would be next up for the Bills' TE snaps.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Start Him in PPR (Lineup Decisions)

A couple of bad yardage weeks isn't enough to completely make me pass on Kincaid. I especially like that Dawson Knox's return last week did nothing to hurt Kincaid's role in the Bills offense -- he actually had a higher route participation against the Chiefs than he did in his previous game against the Eagles (when Knox was still sidelined). On paper, the matchup is tough: Dallas ranks well against allowing Fantasy points to tight ends, but they've only defended two who have gotten at least six targets. Each of the two had at least nine PPR points. Kincaid has at least six targets -- and five catches -- in each of his past seven games. I wonder if the Bills view him as a matchup beater when the Cowboys play heavy zone coverage and have him try to win on underneath routes. I still think he's worth trusting in PPR formats ahead of Dallas Goedert, Cole Kmet, Kyle Pitts and Logan Thomas.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Getting X-rays on shoulder

Kincaid (shoulder) went to the X-ray room following Sunday's 20-17 win over Kansas City, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports. Kincaid was deemed probable to return in the fourth quarter, but the Bills just had to kneel the game out on their final possession. The rookie tight end finished with five catches for 21 yards on eight targets. If Kincaid's shoulder injury hampers his availability for the team's Week 15 matchup with the Cowboys, Dawson Knox would likely see additional involvement in the passing game.

  • Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Gets into end zone in loss

Kincaid brought in five of six targets for 51 yards and a touchdown in the Bills' 24-22 loss to the Broncos on Monday night. Kincaid set the pace for the Bills in receptions and tied for the team lead in targets while recording his second career touchdown on a 22-yard grab late in the first half. The rookie tight end has recorded at least five catches in four consecutive contests and scored in two of the last three, keeping his fantasy stock elevated heading into a Week 11 divisional battle against the Jets.
