Seahawks' Tyrel Dodson: Finds new home in Seattle
The Seahawks agreed to terms on a contract with Dodson on Thursday, Jordan Schultz of BleacherReport.com reports.
Dodson will turn 26 years old in June and is coming off the best season of his four-year career last season in Buffalo, finishing with 74 tackles (57 solo), 2.5 sacks, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery across 17 regular-season games, including 10 starts. Dodson took on a bigger role following Matt Milano's season-ending leg injury and will now go to Seattle to help offset the departures of Bobby Wagner and Jordyn Brooks.

Bills' Tyrel Dodson: Posts best NFL season
Dodson played in all 17 games of the regular season for Buffalo, logging 74 total tackles, 2.5 sacks, two passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
The fourth-year player out of Texas A&M became a full-time starter for the Bills and posted more defensive snaps (519) than in all three of his previous seasons combined. Dodson is only the third-best linebacker on the team, as he sits behind Matt Milano and Terrel Bernard in terms of productivity. Rookie Dorian Williams -- plus whoever the Bills might bring in during the draft or via free agency -- could have an angle to Dodson's starting role in 2024, but he did enough in 2023 that someone is going to have to take the job from him.

Bills' Tyrel Dodson: Still dealing with shoulder issue
Dodson (shoulder) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
Dodson sustained a shoulder injury in the Bills' Week 18 win that held him out of the team's wild-card affair, but it seems as if he's got a shot at playing in the divisional round against the Chiefs after beginning the week with two limited practice sessions. The 25-year-old is expected to carry an injury designation into Sunday's outing unless he's able to practice in full Friday.

Bills' Tyrel Dodson: Inactive versus Steelers
Dodson (shoulder) is inactive for Monday's wild-card round game against the Steelers, Alec White of the Bills' official site reports.
Dodson, who was limited in practice Friday, approached the contest listed as questionable, but he'll sit this one out and target a potential return to action in the divisional round of the playoffs, should the Bills advance. In his absence Monday, look for Baylon Spector to see added linebacker snaps versus Pittsburgh.
