The Seahawks signed fourth-round pick Cassius Marsh, a defensive end out of UCLA, to a four-year contract. They also added two rookie free agents, tight end Rashaun Allen and guard Nate Isles.
To make room, Seattle cut tight end Travis Beckum and cornerback Jimmy Legree.
