Titans' Steven Terrell: Signs with Titans
Terrell (finger) inked a contract with the Titans on Friday, Dan Graziano of ESPN.com reports.
The signing signifies it's likely safe to assume Terrell has fully recovered from the finger surgery he underwent last December. He will battle for a depth spot in the secondary, with special teams play likely contributing to his chances of earning a spot on the 53-man roster.

Chiefs' Steven Terrell: Undergoes surgery
Terrell underwent surgery Monday to repair a tendon, which was the result of a dislocated finger, Pete Sweeney of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Terrell presumably suffered the injury in Sunday's victory over the Raiders. The team placed him on injured reserve Monday. He mainly provided depth in the secondary, so the defensive rotation is unlikely to be affected by his absence going forward.

Chiefs' Steven Terrell: Placed on IR
The Chiefs placed Terrell (undisclosed) on injured reserve Monday.
It isn't clear what kind of injury Terrell is dealing with, considering he was the player to intercept Raiders quarterback Derek Carr in the final seconds of Sunday's victory over Oakland. Regardless, his season is now over. Leon McQuay was promoted from the practice squad to fill Terrell's place on the 53-man roster.

Terrell (concussion) logged his second straight full practice Tuesday, BJ Kissel of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Terrell sat out Sunday's loss to the Steelers after suffering a concussion in Week 5. However, he now appears clear of the team's concussion protocol and should be set to return Thursday against the Raiders, barring any setbacks.

Terrell suffered this concussion in a Week 5 matchup with the Texans. He hasn't played any defensive snaps this year, though, so fantasy owners shouldn't be worried about his absence.

Chiefs' Steven Terrell: Leaves game with concussion
Terrell left Sunday's game against the Texans with a concussion and won't return.
Terrell suffered the injury on the opening kickoff, and it looked fairly serious, as he was down on the field for quite some time before walking off on his own power. The safety primarily serves as a special teams player for Kansas City.

Chiefs' Steven Terrell: Picked up by Chiefs
The Chiefs and Terrell agreed to a contract Saturday, Terez A. Paylor of The Kansas City Star reports.
Terrell had a strong camp with the Chiefs, but was ultimately unable to make it through final cuts. However, a new opportunity arose with starting strong safety Eric Berry (Achilles) now out for the remainder of the season. The 26-year-old figures to provide depth at safety going forward.
