Raiders' Roderic Teamer: Designated to return from IR

The Raiders designated Teamer (hamstring) to return from injured reserve Wednesday.

This opens the 21-day practice window for Teamer, who has missed the requisite four games on injured reserve. Teamer played just 46 defensive snaps across the first six weeks but is a fixture on special teams for the Silver and Black.
