Green Bay elevated Ahmed from its practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus the Cowboys.
After joining the Packers' practice squad ahead of Week 1, Ahmed is set to potentially make his NFL debut in Week 10. As long as Mason Crosby is healthy though, Ahmed would likely be limited to work on kickoffs.
