    Not a prediction so much as to entertain myself in a Tankapalooza. Despise the NBA this season. Every spread is -8 or higher, it seems, because a third of the league does not care, and there are only so many care vs. care matchups possible per night. This is the utter opposite of care vs. care, but I will write about it at CBS Sports betting and the newsletter simply for Trae Young's debut. Utah played Wednesday and lost a seventh in a row. Playing in the second of a B2B here allows the Jazz "cover" to basically sit everybody left standing and not get fined by the NBA. The Wizards win by accident with a bit of a Young boost in limited minutes.

    Analysis

    In six Big Ten home games not against Michigan or Illinois, Michigan State is surrendering only 57.3 points per game to their opponents. Rutgers is worst in the conference in scoring, so expecting them to top the low-60s in points seems overly optimistic. These teams played an 88-79 overtime thriller in late-January but this one will be quite the opposite. Michigan State 76, Rutgers 58.

    Analysis

    Watching Collin Gillespie go from an undrafted undersized PG to a strong rotational player on a Suns team in the thick of the playoff chase has been nothing short of spectacular. With that being said this is a big combo line for Gillespie who has failed to eclipse this number in 14 of his last 18 appearances. The Suns are double digit favorites at home which could also lead to a couple less minutes if this game is a blowout.

    Analysis

    Northern Iowa won the regular-season meetings by 14 and 16. The Panthers have a good shot to win this tournament based on the way they're playing. Known for their elite defense, the Panthers have become efficient offensively too, shooting 51 percent and averaging 75 points since the start of February. They hold opponents to 28.6 percent from deep. Four of their top six players are seniors. Lay the points as this could close higher.
