    Analysis

    Saint Louis tied its season low with just 71 points the last time these two teams played, and VCU had a chance to steal it late in a game that was otherwise largely controlled by the Billikens. The Rams have also been playing some of their basketball recently, riding a 10-game winning streak with some solid defensive performances in the month of February. The issue here is how Saint Louis bounces back from a stunning loss at Rhode Island on Tuesday night. Perhaps an angry SLU squad is a team to be upgraded, especially playing at home where they are 11-5 ATS. My bet here is the opposite, and that Phil Martelli Jr.’s team is playing well enough to threaten for the road upset.

    Analysis

    The notion that a team could possibly go undefeated in the regular season and not make the NCAA Tournament is ludicrous to me. Sure, Miami's schedule is weak, but their fate shouldn't be determined on a fluky conference tournament if they lose even just one time in the regular season. They are 101 spots ahead of Bowling Green in the NET Rankings and already beat them by 10 earlier this season. I would be surprised if this wasn't another double-digit win for a team who is 17-6 ATS this season.

    Analysis

    DK opened Houston -3.5 with other books sitting at 4.5. I'm not sure where the number will go but I'm happy with 3.5. It's up to you if you want to wait for a potentially better line but I don't know if this gets below -3. It's late in the season so I don't have a bunch of statistical edges for the Cougars. I like the spot for Houston at home and I think they are the better team. Bet up to 4.5.

    Analysis

    I'm jumping on this total early as I anticipate it drops into the upper 130s by Saturday. Houston is surrendering less than 62 points per game this season and has only given up more than 65 points at home one time this year (vs. ASU in a blowout). Arizona is without their second leading scorer Koa Peat and will struggle to generate consistent offense against the elite Cougars defense. While I still believe my Wildcats are a Final Four team, Saturday likely won't be their day for success. I see something like a 73-62 final score and would feel comfortable playing this line down to 137.5.
