DiVincenzo recorded nine points (3-14 FG, 3-12 3Pt), one rebound, two assists, one block and two steals over 30 minutes during Tuesday's 114-88 loss to Oklahoma City in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals.
It's no secret that DiVincenzo has had his struggles in the postseason, though he has played well on the defensive side of things. Through 11 postseason games, he's shooting 31.7 percent from the field and 25.0 percent from beyond the arc with 8.1 points, 3.4 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.7 steals.

Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Another quiet showing
DiVincenzo supplied nine points (2-7 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), three rebounds, three assists and one steal across 26 minutes during Monday's 117-110 win over the Warriors in Game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
Although DiVincenzo has played a pretty big role in this series, his struggles have been obvious. Across four games, he's shooting 30.0 percent from the field and 28.6 percent from beyond the arc for 6.8 points, 3.0 assists, 2.8 rebounds, 0.8 steals and 1.5 three-pointers. Mike Conley and Nickeil Alexander-Walker haven't exactly been consistent either, and DiVincenzo could be due for some positive regression with his shot.

DiVincenzo finished with eight points (3-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds, two assists and five steals in 29 minutes during Sunday's 116-113 victory over the Lakers in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
DiVincenzo struggled in the shooting department in Game 4, hitting three of his 11 field-goal attempts, but made up for it defensively, with a game-high five steals off the bench. The veteran guard hasn't made a big impact in this series, but he helped Minnesota secure a crucial win, taking a commanding 3-1 lead. The series now shifts back to Los Angeles for Game 5.

DiVincenzo was a menace on the defensive end, tallying a season-high three blocks. It was easily his best performance of the postseason and the exact reason the Timberwolves acquired him in the first place. Now leading the series 2-1, Minnesota will be hoping for a similar performance when the two teams go head-to-head again Sunday.

DiVincenzo has performed well as the team's sixth man and is versatile enough to provide support at several positions. His production is directly tied to usage and the efficacy of his long-range shot, which has been dialed in recently. Over the past five games, he's converted 51.4 percent of his shot attempts beyond the arc.

Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Drains six threes off bench
DiVincenzo supplied 24 points (9-15 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds and two assists in 28 minutes off the bench during Tuesday's 110-103 loss to the Bucks.
The six made three-pointers, representing his best showing from beyond the arc since March 2, when DiVincenzo went 8-for-13 on three-point attempts against the Suns. That was also the last time the 28-year-old guard topped 20 points. Still, he's been a reliable asset from long distance- over 19 appearances (two starts) since his late February return from a toe injury, he's drained multiple threes 17 times while averaging 13.2 points, 3.8 boards, 3.7 assists, 3.3 treys and 1.2 steals in 24.9 minutes a contest.

Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Solid display off bench Saturday
DiVincenzo ended Saturday's 114-109 victory over the 76ers with 13 points (5-9 FG, 3-6 3Pt), four rebounds, one assist and one steal over 19 minutes.
Another game, another contest in which DiVincenzo puts up solid numbers coming off the bench. He's failed to score in double digits in only three of his 16 appearances since the beginning of March, establishing himself as a reliable scoring weapon in the second unit. Even though that role off the bench limits DiVincenzo's fantasy upside, he's still averaging a solid 12.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.3 steals per game over that 16-game stretch.

Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Draws one-game ban
The NBA announced Tuesday that DiVicenzo has been issued a one-game suspension for his role in an on-court altercation that occurred in the second quarter of Sunday's 123-104 win over the Pistons.
DiVincenzo was one of five players (two Timberwolves, three Pistons) ejected after the incident, and all five involved will serve suspensions. Along with DiVincenzo, Naz Reid will be suspended for Tuesday's game against the Nuggets, but both should be back in action Thursday at Brooklyn. DiVincenzo's absence Tuesday could open up a spot in the rotation for Rob Dillingham while perhaps forcing the Timberwolves to rely more heavily on Mike Conley and Nickeil Alexander-Walker out of the backcourt.

DiVincenzo was ejected along with Ron Holland, Naz Reid, Marcus Sasser and Isaiah Stewart after both teams got into a heated altercation. DiVincenzo will conclude the contest with six points (2-4 FG, 2-3 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists, two blocks and a steal in nine minutes. Nickeil Alexander-Walker figures to see an uptick in minutes with DiVincenzo out of the lineup.

Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Comes close to double-double
DiVincenzo accumulated 11 points (4-9 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and one steal over 24 minutes during Wednesday's 119-115 loss to New Orleans.
DiVincenzo finished just three rebounds away from recording what would've been his first double-double since Jan. 11, but even if he's not filling the stat sheet, he's doing an excellent job of scoring the rock. This was DiVincenzo's 11th consecutive game in double digits, a span in which he's averaging 14.6 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 1.5 steals per game.
