You know who's going to play more majors this summer than any other golfer in the world? That's right, John Daly. Long John will play the British Open and PGA Championship on the PGA Tour (he won both of those events in his career) as well as the five majors on the PGA Tour Champions.

Those tournaments include this week's Regions Tradition, the Senior PGA Championship, the Senior Players Championship, the U.S. Senior Open and the Senior British Open. And all of this will happen in the next four months, which is preposterous. The PGA Championship is at Baltusrol and the Open is at Royal Troon.

That body wasn't mean to sustain such toil!

"Some of the golf courses I've probably played before," Daly told PGA Tour.com. "Some will be new to me. I'll be testing the waters finding places that suit my game and stuff. The cool thing is I'll be playing the British the week before and I'll have two British Opens in a row.

"I'm looking forward to it," Daly continued. "For me, probably some of the favorite golf that I love to play is links golf, and to have two weeks in a row of it, hey, I'm all for it. I love it. It's going to be a lot of golf, which I've been anxiously waiting to play."

And we're anxiously waiting to watch it. Especially if we get another club toss into Lake Michigan like last year at the PGA Championship.
