Flames' Dennis Gilbert: Returning Saturday

Gilbert (concussion) will be activated from injured reserve ahead of his expected return to action versus Edmonton on Saturday.

Gilbert, who missed seven games, is slated to play alongside Jordan Oesterle on the Flames' third pairing. Gilbert has one goal, six assists, 44 hits and 43 blocked shots in 28 contests this season. He is expected to replace Nick DeSimone on the blue line Saturday.
