Kyric McGowan: Waived with injury settlement

McGowan (undisclosed) reached an injury settlement with the Commanders on Thursday, per the NFL's transaction log.

McGowan reverted to Washington's injured reserve after going unclaimed off waivers. He was in danger of missing the entire 2023 campaign before the injury settlement was reached. The nature of his injury remains unclear, but he will be able to play again once his health is back up to par.
