The Browns cut Hall from their practice squad Tuesday.
Hall had a chance to be elevated to Cleveland's 53-man roster after superstar back Nick Chubb suffered a season ending knee injury during Week 2. He's since been cut from the Browns' practice squad in order to make room for Deon Jackson, whom the team just signed.
