Twins' Ben Paulsen: Leaves game after being stepped on

Paulsen was forced to exit Monday's game after his heel was stepped on, Mike Berardino of the Pioneer Press reports.

Paulsen had to be helped off the field after Jonathan Davis stepped on his heel hustling out a ground ball. It's unclear how long the heel issue will keep the 29-year-old sidelined, but he should be considered day-to-day for the time being.
