Nimmo (forehead) is playing left field and batting second Wednesday against Washington.
Nimmo missed back-to-back games with a cut on his forehead stemming from an incident in his hotel room Sunday night. However, he'll return to action Wednesday, joining Tyrone Taylor and Ben Gamel in the outfield.
