The Rays released Devenski on Sunday.
Devenski was previously removed from the Rays' 40-man roster last week, and after clearing waivers, he's now free to sign with another club. The right-handed reliever posted a 6.75 ERA in 19 appearances with Tampa Bay before being designated for assignment.
