Panthers' Jesper Boqvist: Continues productive stretch
Boqvist scored a goal, took two shots and recorded three hits in Tuesday's 2-1 shootout win over the Devils.
Boqvist might play in the fourth line, but he's been surprisingly productive in fantasy recently. The 26-year-old has found the back of the net five times over his last eight appearances, a stretch in which he's also racked up two assists, 14 shots on goal, 22 hits and three blocked shots. However, expect some regression in the scoring column, as Boqvist has posted a shot percentage of 35.7 percent over that eight-game stretch, a figure that won't be sustainable in the long term.

Panthers' Spencer Knight: Earns win after shootout
Knight stopped 26 of 27 shots in Tuesday's 2-1 shootout win over the Devils.
Knight started for the first time since Jan. 3 and secured the shootout win, giving him three wins across his last four outings. His fantasy appeal isn't very high due to his backup role, but he's proving to be a solid option between the pipes when needed. He's gone 3-2-0 with a 2.33 GAA and a .908 save percentage across his past five appearances.

Panthers' Nate Schmidt: Ends slump with assist
Schmidt logged an assist in Monday's 4-3 loss to the Flyers.
Schmidt didn't get on the scoresheet in December and also struggled early in January. His helper Monday ended an 18-game slump, during which he produced 13 shots on net, 14 hits, nine blocked shots, four PIM and a minus-2 rating. The 33-year-old has seen an uptick in ice time to compensate for the absence of Aaron Ekblad (undisclosed). Schmidt has nine points, 28 shots on net, 44 hits, 27 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating through 42 appearances this season, and his fantasy intrigue is highest when he's involved on the power play.

Reinhart scored two goals, one shorthanded and one on the power play, in Monday's 4-3 loss to the Flyers.

The 29-year-old winger is up to 27 goals overall in 44 appearances, putting him second in the race for the Rocket Richard Trophy behind Leon Draisaitl's 31, and Reinhart's 51 points puts him on pace for his second straight 90-point campaign.

Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Lead slips away late Monday
Bobrovsky made 25 saves in Monday's 4-3 loss to the Flyers.
The Panthers took a 2-1 lead into the third period, but two power-play goals for Philly in the first six minutes of the frame preceded a spectacular solo effort by Noah Cates on the game-winner. Bobrovsky has just one win in his first five January outings, going 1-3-1 despite a solid 2.62 GAA and .910 save percentage.

Panthers' Spencer Knight: Set to start Tuesday
Knight will tend the twine on the road against the Devils on Tuesday, Rob Darragh of the Panthers' official site reports.
Knight has seen limited action in recent weeks, but he'll start in the second half of a back-to-back set after Sergei Bobrovsky starts Monday's road matchup against the Flyers. Knight has made six starts since the beginning of December, going 3-2-1 with a 3.45 GAA and .864 save percentage during that time. The Devils will pose a challenge, as they rank 11th in the NHL with 3.16 goals per game.

Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: In goal Monday
Bobrovsky will get the starting nod on the road against the Flyers on Monday.
Bobrovsky has been struggling to put together wins of late, going 1-2-1 despite a 2.25 GAA and .922 save percentage over his last four outings. As long as the veteran netminder continues to put up solid ratios, he should get back into the win column sooner rather than later. With Bobrovsky in the crease Monday, look for Spencer Knight to guard the cage on the road versus the Devils on Tuesday.

Panthers' Sam Bennett: Snaps slump with helper
Bennett logged an assist, two shots on goal, two hits and two PIM in Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Bruins.
Bennett set up Sam Reinhart for the game-tying goal, a buzzer-beater in the third period. The helper was Bennett's first point since Dec. 16 -- he went nine games without getting on the scoresheet after missing one contest due to an illness. Even with the slump, Bennett has 28 points, 115 shots on net, 90 hits, 53 PIM and a minus-15 rating over 41 appearances. He was on a career-best pace and should still be able to achieve his first 50-point campaign if he can get his offense back on track.
