Stars' Thomas Harley: Notches power-play assist
Harley logged a power-play assist and six blocked shots in Saturday's 5-1 loss to the Avalanche in Game 1.
Harley set up Roope Hintz's third-period tally. The 23-year-old Harley had 26 points and a plus-7 rating over 29 contests between the start of February and the end of the regular season. Harley will function as the Stars' top blueliner until Miro Heiskanen (knee) returns but will probably retain a heavy workload once Heiskanen is back in the lineup. With 50 points and a plus-32 rating in 78 regular-season outings, Harley can handle big minutes in all situations.

Stars' Thomas Harley: Returning Wednesday
Harley (rest) is back in the lineup Wednesday versus the Predators, Lia Assimakopoulos of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Harley was out for two games to rest before the playoffs. The return of Tyler Seguin made Lian Bichsel and Alex Petrovic cap casualties for the season finale, but Harley is able to suit up and should see top-four minutes with power-play time.

Harley will miss his second straight game for rest but could return to the lineup in Wednesday's regular-season finale versus Nashville. The 23-year-old defender has 16 goals, 50 points, 169 shots on net and 109 blocked shots through 77 appearances this season. With Harley and Esa Lindell (rest) not playing, Brendan Smith and Alex Petrovic will play against the Red Wings.

Stars' Thomas Harley: Getting rest Saturday
Harley is not on the ice for warmups ahead of Saturday's game versus Utah, indicating he's being rested, Stars radio analyst Bruce LeVine reports.
Per the team, Harley is officially out for maintenance reasons. He's logged at least 24 minutes in four straight games, making it unlikely that this will be a long-term concern. After Saturday, the Stars play on the road, with stops in Detroit on Monday and at Nashville on Wednesday to conclude the regular season. Harley could return to the lineup for at least one of those contests.

Stars' Thomas Harley: Secures 50-point campaign
Harley managed a power-play assist, four blocked shots and a minus-2 rating in Tuesday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Canucks.
Harley has a goal and two helpers in his last three games. This was his first power-play point since March 26 versus the Oilers, but Harley has remained on the top unit in that span. The 23-year-old reached the 50-point mark Tuesday, doing so with 16 goals, 34 assists, a plus-33 rating, 166 shots on net and 109 blocked shots over 76 appearances. With the timeline for Miro Heiskanen's (knee) return still hazy, Harley will continue to operate as the Stars' top blueliner.

Stars' Thomas Harley: Nets game-tying goal Sunday
Harley scored a goal and blocked two shots in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Wild.
Harley found the back of the net to tie the game at two apiece with less than seven minutes to play in regulation. The 23-year-old blueliner has been one of the best defensemen offensively since the calendar flipped to 2025 with 32 points in his last 40 games. Overall, Harley has 16 goals, 49 points, 165 shots on goal and 105 blocks in 75 appearances this season. He ranks 14th among blueliners in points and is fifth among all Stars skaters. Harley has stepped up in a big way after Miro Heiskanen went down with a knee injury. Harley should continue to provide high-level play in fantasy for the remainder of the season.

Stars' Thomas Harley: Reaches 100-point mark in career
Harley logged two assists, including one on the power play, three shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Wednesday's 4-3 win over the Oilers.
Harley had a hand in Wyatt Johnston's opening goal and Jason Robertson's power-play tally, which completed a natural hat trick. The second assist was Harley's 100th NHL point, a mark he achieved in just 188 contests, which is quick work for a blueliner. He's collected three goals and five assists over his last five outings and now has 47 points (14 on the power play), 153 shots on net, 95 blocked shots and a plus-29 rating over 69 contests. His scoring numbers -- 15 goals, 32 assists -- are identical to his 79-game output from the 2023-24 regular season, showing a bit of growth in the 23-year-old's second full campaign.

Stars' Thomas Harley: Lights lamp twice against Philly
Harley scored two goals, including the overtime winner, in Saturday's 3-2 victory over the Flyers.
The 23-year-old blueliner opened and closed the scoring on the afternoon, beating Ivan Fedotov through heavy traffic early in the first period before slipping the puck through Samuel Ersson's five-hole just nine seconds into OT. Harley has tied his career high in goals with 15 on the season, and he's surging to close out the schedule. Over the last 11 games, he's recorded five multi-point performances while collecting five goals and 13 points.

Most notably, he netted the equalizer in the third period and participated in Mikael Granlund's overtime game-winner. Harley has been playing at a high level in recent weeks and has racked up 13 points (four goals, nine assists) in 12 games since the 4 Nations break.

Stars' Thomas Harley: Buries goal in win
Harley scored a goal on three shots in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Canucks.
Harley continues to surge on offense with two goals and seven assists over his last seven contests. While he had an assist Saturday versus the Oilers, he also took a minus-3 rating in one of his worst defensive performances of the year, but he bounced back with a solid all-around effort Sunday. Harley is now at 12 goals, 39 points, 133 shots on net, 86 blocked shots and a plus-26 rating through 62 appearances. Concerns over the sustainability of his 15-goal, 47-point campaign in 2023-24 have at least partially been alleviated by his continued strong play in 2024-25, which has him on track to finish with similar scoring numbers.

Stars' Thomas Harley: Helps out on power play
Harley notched a power-play assist, five shots on goal, three blocked shots and a minus-3 rating in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Oilers.
Harley had a bit of a rough game on defense, but he was still able to chip in his eighth point over the last six games when he assisted on Mikko Rantanen's first goal as a Star. The 23-year-old Harley is up to 11 goals, 27 helpers, 11 power-play points, 130 shots on net, 86 blocks and a plus-25 rating over 61 appearances this season. Harley took a bridge deal as a restricted free agent this past September, and he'll regain that status, plus arbitration rights, after next season, at which point he'll likely be due a large raise as part of an impressive core in Dallas.

That second point was a big one, as he netted the game-winning goal with just under five seconds left in regulation, sparing the Stars embarrassment after they blew a 3-1 lead. The defenseman has gotten on the scoresheet in nine of the last 11 contests, earning four goals and 10 assists in that span. He's up to 11 goals, 37 points, 124 shots on net, 80 blocked shots and a plus-28 rating through 59 outings overall.

Harley recorded two power-play assist in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Blues.
The Stars were 4-for-4 on the power play, and Harley contributed assists on two of Wyatt Johnston's three goals. This was a second straight multi-assist game for Harley, who has three goals and nine helpers across his last 10 outings, coinciding with the absence of Miro Heiskanen (knee). Harley is up to 10 goals, 25 assists, 122 shots on net, 80 blocked shots and a plus-28 rating over 58 appearances. He was a little slow on offense earlier in the year, but it's come around enough for him to have a chance to match last season's 47-point output.

Stars' Thomas Harley: Provides pair of helpers in win
Harley logged two assists, three shots on goal and two PIM in Friday's 6-2 win over the Kings.
Harley set up Jason Robertson on the opening goal and also helped out on a Wyatt Johnston power-play tally in the second period. This was a memorable February for Harley, who had three goals and six assists across eight NHL games while also filling in with Team Canada as an injury replacement during the 4 Nations Face-Off. It's quite likely he'll be in consideration for the Olympic roster next year as well. The 23-year-old blueliner is up to 10 goals, 23 assists, 121 shots on net, 79 blocked shots and a plus-29 rating over 57 appearances in 2024-25.

Stars' Thomas Harley: Three-game goal streak
Harley nabbed a power-play goal Saturday in a 4-2 win over New Jersey.
Harley put the Stars up 2-0 with a wrist shot from the top of the left face-off circle at 5:44 of the first period. It was his 10th goal of the season, and it extended his goal streak to three games (three goals, one assist). Harley was a mid-tourney addition to Team Canada at the 4 Nations Face-Off when the team was hit with both injuries and illness, and he acquitted himself well. In fact, we wouldn't be surprised if his soaring confidence results in an uptick in production back on NHL ice.
