Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Propels red, white and blue to win
Tkachuk scored two goals and laid 11 hits in a 6-1 Team USA win over Finland at the 4 Nations Face-Off in Montreal on Thursday.
The box score said eight hits, but game commentators were quick to say that he had eight through two periods. It was Tkachuk night -- Brady and brother Matthew Tkachuk played together internationally for the first time in their careers, and they delivered four goals and an assist on the night. And of course, they were both involved in the kind of chippy action that dad, Keith, smirked at from the stands. The Tkachuks owned the night -- Brady was the second star, and Matthew was named the player of the game.

Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Power-play success continues
Tkachuk scored a power-play goal in a 5-1 loss to Florida on Saturday.
He fired a game-high 11 shots, but he finished minus-3. Tkachuk was all over the ice in the first frame, but his brother Matthew Tkachuk and the kitties took over early in the second and never looked back. The goal was Tkachuk's 21st, which keeps him on pace for his fourth consecutive 30-goal season. He's put in 11 on the power play where he has been especially prolific -- his career mark there is 12, which was set last season.

Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Two helpers in Monday's win
Tkachuk collected two assists, one on the power play, in Monday's 5-2 win over the Predators.
Both helpers came late in the third period as the Senators broke open a 2-2 tie. Tkachuk has produced two points in back-to-back games, the first time he's managed that feat since late November, and it's a very encouraging start to February after a deep slump that saw the 25-year-old winger produce just two points (both goals) over the final 14 games of January.

Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Reaches 20-goal, 40-point marks
Tkachuk scored a power-play goal on nine shots and added an assist in Saturday's 6-0 win over the Wild.
Tkachuk has three points over his last three contests after going 10 games without a point. The winger also had a rarity in this outing, going without a hit for just the third time all season. The 25-year-old is up to 20 goals, 41 points (16 on the power play), 210 shots on net, 178 hits, 97 PIM and a plus-4 rating over 52 appearances.

Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Ends slump Sunday
Tkachuk scored a goal, took four shots and recorded two hits in Sunday's 3-1 win over Utah.
Tkachuk finally snapped a 10-game slump with his third-period goal, giving him 19 tallies on the year. The slump, which went from Jan. 9 to Jan. 25, certainly changed his rest-of-season projections, but the 25-year-old is too talented to continue struggling at this rate. He has 19 goals and 20 assists across 50 contests this season, so he was essentially producing at close to a point-per-game pace before this slump.

Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Slump reaches eight games
Tkachuk has been held off the scoresheet in eight straight games following Tuesday's 5-0 loss to the Rangers.
The Senators have scored just 18 times during Tkachuk's slump, and they've lost via shutout in three of those contests. Still, it's highly unusual for Tkachuk go through a scoring drought of this length, especially since he'd gone pointless in consecutive games just twice prior to this slump. He's stuck at 18 goals and 38 points, but he's added 186 shots on net, 168 hits, 85 PIM and a plus-3 rating, and his non-scoring numbers have been plentiful during his quiet stretch (28 shots, 28 hits, 23 PIM).

Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Buries power-play goal Tuesday
Tkachuk scored a power-play goal on three shots, added four PIM and logged two hits in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Red Wings.
One of Tkachuk's penalties led to the Red Wings' opening goal, but the Ottawa captain returned the favor to put his team ahead 2-1 late in the second period. He's been pretty good lately with nine points (four on the power play) over his last 12 games, though that's a bit of a reduced pace compared to the first two months of the campaign. The winger is at 18 goals, 20 helpers, 15 power-play points, 158 shots on net, 140 hits, 62 PIM and a plus-2 rating through 39 appearances.

Tkachuk scored a goal and added an assist in a 4-2 loss to the Stars on Thursday.

Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Posts power-play helper in loss
Tkachuk recorded a power-play assist, seven shots on goal and four hits in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Jets.
Tkachuk had gone two games without a point leading into the holiday break, which was just his second multi-game dry spell of the season. He made sure it didn't reach three contests by helping out on Tim Stutzle's tally in the first period. Tkachuk is up to 34 points (14 on the power play), 144 shots on net, 130 hits, 54 PIM and a plus-1 rating over 35 appearances this season as one of fantasy's best multi-category contributors.

Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Nets game-winner in overtime
Tkachuk scored the game-winning goal, fired four shots on net and added three hits in Thursday's 3-2 overtime win over the Flames.
Tkachuk missed part of the second period after taking a high stick to the mouth, which cost him a tooth and required nine stitches, Eric Francis of Sportsnet reports. That didn't stop Tkachuk from returning, and he sealed the Senators' win with a tally 55 seconds into overtime for his second game-winner in the last three games. The 25-year-old winger is up to 16 tallies (four game-winners), 33 points, 134 shots on net, 120 hits, 52 PIM and a plus-1 rating over 32 appearances this season.

Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Scores game-winning goal
Tkachuk scored the game-winning goal in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Penguins.
As has often been the case this season, Tkachuk came through when Ottawa needed him the most. The star forward netted the game-winning goal just 1:46 into overtime, taking advantage of a set-up from Jake Sanderson to drill a wrister past Tristan Jarry. Tkachuk has two goals over his last three games, but his game-to-game consistency hasn't been there of late, with the 25-year-old failing to score in three of his last five appearances. Even if that stretch can be classified as a down period, the star winger remains highly productive with 32 points (15 goals, 17 assists) in 30 games this season.

Tkachuk scored two goals on 12 shots and blocked two shots in Sunday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Ducks.
Tkachuk accounted for nearly 40 percent of the Senators' 31 shots. He cashed in once on the power play and once at even strength while extending his point streak to five games (four goals, four assists). The 12 shots matched a season high for the winger, who is known to put a lot of pucks toward the net. He's up to 13 goals, 28 points (11 on the power play), 103 shots, 99 hits, 50 PIM, 15 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating through 24 appearances.

Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Scores, shows snarl in loss
Tkachuk scored a power-play goal on two shots, doled out seven hits and added 21 PIM in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Canucks.
This game turned nasty after Quinn Hughes boarded Josh Norris, and nasty works just fine for Tkachuk. He was involved in a dust-up in each period, and the referees had enough of the winger's antics after his third-period fight with Dakota Joshua, tacking a misconduct penalty onto Tkachuk's line. The Senators nearly made a comeback without their captain, so that aggression may have been misplaced in a game that was still somewhat up for grabs. Fantasy managers won't mind -- Tkachuk now has 10 goals, 11 assists, 82 shots on net, 92 hits and a league-leading 48 PIM through 20 appearances this season. Few players can even approach a stat line of that caliber, making the 25-year-old somewhat of a unicorn for fantasy purposes.

Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Pots goal Thursday
Tkachuk scored a goal on four shots, added five hits and went plus-2 in Thursday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Flyers.
Tkachuk has six points over seven games in November. He was a bit more explosive on offense in October, but the steady scoring production is a good thing for the power winger, who has sustained a point-per-game pace in just one of his first six campaigns. This season, he's at nine goals, 10 helpers, 66 shots on net, 68 hits, 27 PIM and a plus-2 rating through 16 outings so far.

Tkachuk didn't extend his point streak in Ottawa's 4-2 loss to the Islanders on Thursday, but he got back on the scoresheet Saturday while stepping up when the Senators needed him the most. His overtime goal just 21 seconds into the extra session lifted Ottawa to victory after back-to-back losses to the Sabres and Islanders. Tkachuk has eight goals and 17 points through 14 contests in 2024-25.
