As tough-tackling CB Antoine Winfield has gotten older (35 next month) and started to miss games due to injury, he is often asked if he has been approached by the coaches to switch to safety. "No, not at all," Winfield said. "Safety is a different animal. I have never played safety, so I'd have to learn everything. So I will either be (playing) outside or at the nickel."
