S Dashon Goldson has not signed his one-year franchise tag tender, but is expected to be with the team next week, S Donte Whitner said. Whitner said he wasn’t sure if that meant Goldson plans on signing before then. Goldson, who was named to his first Pro Bowl last season, has been working out in Southern California.
