The Cards already have committed $19 million to QB Kevin Kolb, including his $7 million offseason roster bonus, but coach Ken Whisenhunt said that won't factor in the QB competition with John Skelton. "I obviously know how much we invested in Kevin. I want Kevin to be successful. I want him to be our quarterback, but I'm not going to ignore the fact that John Skelton worked pretty hard and did a pretty good job when he was in there," Whisenhunt said. "He's earned the right to compete for that spot."
