Several 49ers cleared for MNF

Several 49ers who were on the injury report are active for Monday's game in St. Louis. They include cornerback Chris Cook (quadriceps), defensive tackle Tony Jerod-Eddie (shoulder), punter Andy Lee (ankle), defensive tackle Ray McDonald (knee), linebacker Nick Moody (hamstring) and nose tackle Ian Williams (ankle).
