RB Maurice Jones-Drew will not participate in the team’s mandatory minicamp, according to the Florida Times-Union. Jones-Drew has expressed to the Jaguars he wants to renegotiate his contract, which has two years remaining. Jaguars GM Gene Smith this week said the team has no plans to renegotiate.
