Panthers sign seven to practice squad

The Carolina Panthers signed seven players to their practice squad on Saturday. All seven were cut when the team moved to 53 on Friday.

The Carolina Panthers signed seven players to the practice squad Saturday. All of them were cut on Friday, as the team got down to the 53-man final roster.

The practice squad will consist of G Bryant Browning (1^st year, Ohio State); WR Lamont Bryant (rookie, undrafted, Morgan State); DT Nate Chandler (rookie, undrafted, UCLA); WR Jared Green (rookie, undrafted, Southern); TE <strong>Nelson Rosario</strong> (rookie, undrafted, UCLA); RB Armond Smith (2^nd year, Union); and G Zack Williams (2^nd year, Washington State).
