Panthers: Jeff Byers gets his first career start
Carolina Panthers center-guard Jeff Byers will start at right guard for Byron Bell.
The Carolina Panthers have switched up their offensive line for Sunday's game at Soldier Field with the Chicago Bears.
Jeff Byers is starting at right guard for Byron Bell, while Bell is replacing Garry Williams at right tackle.
For Byers, a center-guard, it's his first career start and he'll be playing across from DT Stephen Paea when the Bears are in their base defense. Williams had started three games this season.
