The Saints may not publicly admit they signed LBs Curtis Lofton and David Hawthorne to replace LB Jonathan Vilma in case he was suspended, but they're not in a heap of trouble now that Vilma has been suspended for the entire 2012 season. Lofton will be the likely starter at MLB and could actually be an upgrade over the oft-injured Vilma.
