DE Kendall Reyes (round two, 49th overall pick) has seen some snaps with the first-team, primarily on third-down situations, but knows he has a lot to work on. “Flipping my hips all the time,” Reyes identified as one specific technique he now knows he needs to improve on after experiencing OTAs. Flipping or rotating the hips allows a DE to apply pressure on his up-field shoulder, which helps him to gain leverage on an OL. “I have to re-wire myself a bit because I will do it, but I need to learn to do it all the time.”
