CB Ron Bartell suffered a season-ending neck injury in the opener last year with the Rams, but coach Dennis Allen said “he’s shown he’s completely back” on track. “We’ll find out more about him when we start putting the pads on and get a chance to hit a bit. He’s a big, athletic corner who can run, and that’s what we were looking for and that’s what we got in him.”
