Nets' Reece Beekman: Rare appearance in loss
Beekman finished with one point (1-2 FT) and one assist across four minutes during Wednesday's 130-113 loss to the Raptors.
Beekman moved back into the rotation, logging fewer than five minutes for the fourth time in six games since joining the Nets. Moved as part of the Dennis Schroder deal, Beekman has remained on the fringe of the rotation despite the change of location. At this point, there is no reason to think that his role will increase any time soon.

Nets' Reece Beekman: Headed to Brooklyn
The Nets acquired Beekman, De'Anthony Melton (knee) and three future second-round draft picks from the Warriors on Sunday in exchange for Dennis Schroder and a 2025 second-round draft pick.
With the move to Brooklyn, Beekman will fill the two-way spot vacated by Yongxi Cui's (knee), who was waived in a corresponding move. Beekman has made two appearances at the NBA level for Golden State, totaling only four minutes. However, he may have more playing time available in Brooklyn, especially if the Nets remain active in the trade market. Beekman won't be available to make his Nets debut in Monday's game against the Cavaliers, according to Erik Slater of ClutchPoints.com.

Warriors' Reece Beekman: Headed to Golden State
The Warriors signed Beekman to a two-way contract Thursday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
As a two-way player, Beekman will split time between the Warriors and their G League affiliate, the Santa Cruz Warriors. As a senior for Virginia in 2023-24, Beekman averaged 14.3 points, 6.2 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 2.0 steals in 32.8 minutes across 34 games.
