Eight teams remain in the 2025 NBA playoff bracket, and the second-round schedule is underway

The second round is set in the 2025 NBA playoffs as the Golden State Warriors beat the Houston Rockets in Game 7 to close out the first round on Sunday night. It's Cavaliers vs. Pacers, Celtics vs. Knicks, Thunder vs. Nuggets and Timberwolves vs. Warriors to determine who will make the conference finals. The second round actually began before the first round ended, as the Pacers started off with a Game 1 upset of the Cavs in Cleveland.

The Nuggets were Game 7 winners on Saturday night, ousting the Clippers to set up a date with the top-seeded Thunder. OKC swept the Memphis Grizzlies in the first round. The Thunder remain the title favorites (+130 at Caesars), and will begin their series against Denver on Monday.

In the East, the top four seeds advanced. The No. 1 Cavaliers swept the Miami Heat, the second-seeded Celtics and fourth-seeded Pacers knocked out the Magic and Bucks, respectively, in five games, and the third-seeded Knicks took out the Pistons in six games. Knicks vs. Celtics begins Monday in Boston.
