Diamondbacks' Geraldo Perdomo: Records three hits in loss
Perdomo went 3-for-5 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 8-7 loss to the Marlins.
Perdomo doubled to lead off the bottom of the first inning and scored, and he then came home on Ketel Marte's three-run home run in the fourth. Perdomo is enjoying a productive run as the leadoff or second batter in the order while Corbin Carroll (wrist) is on the mend. He's hit safely in eight of nine games, going 12-for-40 (.300) with two doubles, two homers, eight RBI, a stolen base and eight runs scored. The shortstop is second on the team in RBI (57) and fourth in runs (45).

Perdomo went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run, an additional RBI and two walks in Friday's 9-8 loss to the Marlins.
Perdomo is settling in as the Diamondbacks' primary leadoff hitter against right-handed pitchers, at least while Corbin Carroll (wrist) is out. In his last five games atop the lineup, Perdomo has gone 5-for-20 (.250) with two extra-base hits, four walks and a stolen base. The shortstop has been steady this season with a .259/.356/.416 slash line, nine homers, 56 RBI, 43 runs scored, 12 stolen bases, 17 doubles and one triple over 80 contests.

Diamondbacks' Geraldo Perdomo: Moves to leadoff
Perdomo batted leadoff and went 2-for-4 with two walks, a double, one RBI and two runs scored in Monday's 10-0 win over the White Sox.
Perdomo batted leadoff for a second straight game, as the Diamondbacks are without Corbin Carroll (hand), who is expected to be placed on the 10-day injured list. That means Perdomo will likely replace Carroll as the leadoff hitter against right-handers, while Ketel Marte maintains his role atop the order against lefties. Perdomo has experienced a slight downturn during June -- he's batting .190 (15-for-79) with a .624 OPS -- but he's contributed seven extra-base hits, 11 RBI and 12 runs scored over 20 contests.

Perdomo hit .309 in May, but he's batting just .183 (13-for-71) in June. He's posted a .260/.355/.414 slash line with eight homers, 51 RBI, 39 runs scored and 11 stolen bases over 75 contests this season.

Diamondbacks' Geraldo Perdomo: Instrumental in comeback win
Perdomo went 2-for-4 with a walk, a triple, three RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 8-7 win over the Padres.
Perdomo delivered a bases-loaded triple as part of a five-run rally in the bottom of the ninth inning and then beat a throw at the plate to register the winning run. The three RBI bumped his season total to a career-high 49 (second on team) over 69 games. There's been nothing fluky about Perdomo's run production in 2025; his .279 BABIP is tied for 111th in MLB, and his barrel (4.9 percent) and hard-hit (33.5 percent) rates have jumped up significantly beyond his career norms.

Diamondbacks' Geraldo Perdomo: Drives in two in win
Perdomo went 1-for-3 with a double and two RBI in Tuesday's 10-3 win over the Mariners.

He's two RBI shy of the career best he posted over 144 games in 2023. Perdomo's production has waned this month -- he's slashing .152/.250/.303 over nine June contests -- but overall he's been a good fantasy value at shortstop and sports a career-high .786.

Perdomo batted third and went 1-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored in Friday's 9-7 loss to the Nationals.

Perdomo's line when batting in the upper third of the order is .291/.393/.458 with seven doubles, five home runs and 24 RBI through 31 games.

Diamondbacks' Geraldo Perdomo: Swipes bag in win
Perdomo went 1-for-3 with a stolen base in Sunday's 1-0 win over Colorado.

That's two more than the shortstop had in 98 games last year, and he's threatening the career-high 16 swipes he posted in 2023 across 144 games. Diamondbacks' Geraldo Perdomo: Two more hits Thursday
Perdomo went 2-for-3 with a double in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Dodgers.
Nothing has been able to slow down Perdomo, whether he's hitting at the top of the order in place of an injured Ketel Marte or back down in his familiar ninth spot. Since Marte's return, Perdomo is batting .375 (9-for-24) with a .964 OPS from the bottom of the order. While filling in for Marte, he had a 1.101 OPS from the leadoff spot and an .836 OPS when hitting second. Perdomo went 2-for-4 with a walk and a solo home run in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Mets.
Perdomo made an impact for a second straight day in New York, belting his fifth home run of the season in the fifth inning. After 31 games, he's one shy of the career-high six big flies he produced over 144 games in 2023. The shortstop is off to a similarly hot start as he had that season, only this time around luck (.263 BABIP) hasn't been inflating his numbers.

Diamondbacks' Geraldo Perdomo: Plates three in victory
Perdomo went 1-for-1 with three RBI and a stolen base in a 4-3 win over the Mets on Wednesday.
Perdomo began the game on the bench, but he ended up making a big impact on the outcome anyway. The switch-hitting shortstop entered as a pinch hitter in the seventh inning and gave Arizona its first lead with a two-run single. Perdomo then tacked on another run with a sacrifice fly in the ninth. He's already at 24 RBI through 30 contests on the campaign, putting him more than halfway to his career-high mark of 47 RBI established over 144 regular-season games in 2023.
