McNeill has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against Buffalo due to a knee issue.
McNeill was injured midway through the third quarter and was ruled out a few minutes before the end of the period. Prior to his exit, the defensive lineman tallied one tackle. Levi Onwuzurike could be in line for a bigger workload in McNeill's absence.
