Hurts completed 23 of 30 pass attempts for 183 yards, one touchdown and one interception while adding 85 rushing yards and another score off of 13 carries in Monday's 22-21 loss to Atlanta.
Hurts turned in a fine fantasy performance despite taking his first loss of the season. The 25-year-old buoyed his numbers with a rushing performance that most fantasy managers would be content with from their starting running backs. The Eagles' offensive line continues to provide mixed results following the retirement of stalwart center Jason Kelce. Hurts' ability as a runner may show up more often this season if he has less time in the pocket. Philadelphia now will head to New Orleans for a Week 3 matchup against the Saints on Sunday.
