Dolphins' Allen Hurns: Placed on COVID-19 list

The Dolphins placed Hurns (wrist/undisclosed) on the reserve/COVID-19 list Sunday.

Hurns has been on injured reserve since mid-August after he underwent wrist surgery, but he'll now need to isolate from the team. Once the receiver is activated from the COVID-19 list, he'll revert to IR.
