Jah Joyner is a sturdy, well-built EDGE with a dense athletic frame and a well-rounded skill set. He moves well for his size, showing light feet and some twitch, but he’s not a pure speed rusher who will consistently win with bend around the edge in the NFL. Instead, he thrives with a varied pass-rush approach, though his ability to counter and shed blockers late in the rep could improve.

His hand usage is mostly effective -- he has a plan to disengage, but he’s not yet a specialist who can consistently win with technique alone.
