Last Saturday, South Alabama got themselves on the board against Marshall, but Marshall never followed suit. They put a hurting on the Thundering Herd at home to the tune of 28-0. La'Damian Webb continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 117 yards and a touchdown, while also catching a touchdown. Caullin Lacy also helped out with an impressive 126 receiving yards.

Meanwhile, the point spread may have favored Texas State last Saturday, but the final result did not. They were completely outmatched by Arkansas State on the road and fell 77-31. Texas State has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
