Nevada vs. Incarnate Word updates: Live NCAA Football game scores, results for Saturday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Nevada vs. Incarnate Word football game
The Nevada Wolf Pack will stay at home another week and welcome the Incarnate Word Cardinals at 5:30 p.m. ET Sept. 10 at Clarence Mackay Stadium. These two teams are strolling into their game after big wins in their previous games.
The Wolf Pack made easy work of the Texas State Bobcats last week and carried off a 38-14 win. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Nevada had established a 38-7 advantage. They can attribute much of their success to RB Devonte Lee, who punched in two rushing touchdowns.
Special teams collected 11 points for Nevada. K Brandon Talton delivered a perfect 3-for-3 game.
Meanwhile, Incarnate Word took their matchup at home last week with ease, bagging a 64-29 victory over the Southern Illinois Salukis. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Incarnate Word had established a 43-19 advantage.
Their wins bumped Nevada to 2-0 and the Cardinals to 1-0. Both the Wolf Pack and Incarnate Word have easy wins in recent memory. We'll see which one's ego takes a hit when they face off.
