Kansas State vs. TCU updates: Live NCAA Football game scores, results for Saturday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Kansas State vs. TCU football game
The TCU Horned Frogs will head out on the road to face off against the Kansas State Wildcats at 11:00 p.m. ET on Saturday at Bill Snyder Family Stadium. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.
Last Saturday, TCU took their contest at home with ease, bagging a 44-11 victory over BYU. With TCU ahead 31-8 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Josh Hoover looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 439 yards and four touchdowns. Griffin Kell did his part by putting the 'special' in special teams, booting in three field goals and five extra points.
Meanwhile, the third road matchup was the charm for Kansas State, as they earned their first road win of the season. They enjoyed a cozy 38-21 victory over Texas Tech on Saturday.
Avery Johnson had a dynamite game for Kansas State, rushing for 90 yards and five touchdowns. Another player making a difference was Treshaun Ward, who rushed for 118 yards on only 15 carries.
Their wins bumped TCU to 4-3 and Kansas State to 4-2.
The pair pleased both fans and bettors in their last games by winning and covering the spread. Looking forward, Kansas State is the favorite in this one, as the experts expect to see them win by six points. They might be worth a quick bet since they've sitting on a three game streak of covering the spread when playing as the favorites at home.
TCU couldn't quite finish off Kansas State in their previous meeting back in December of 2022 and fell 31-28. Can TCU avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
