Iowa vs. Iowa State: Live updates, score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Iowa vs. Iowa State football game
The Iowa State Cyclones are 0-6 against the Iowa Hawkeyes since September of 2015, but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. They will face off against one another at 4 p.m. ET at Kinnick Stadium.
A well-balanced attack led the Cyclones over the SE Missouri St. Indians every single quarter on their way to victory last week. Iowa State was the clear victor by a 42-10 margin over SE Missouri St. Iowa State's WR Xavier Hutchinson looked sharp as he caught eight passes for three TDs and 128 yards.
Meanwhile, it was all tied up 3-3 at the half for Iowa and the S. Dakota St. Jackrabbits last week, but Iowa stepped up in the second half for a 7-3 victory.
Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 1-0. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when the Cyclones and the Hawkeyes clash.
