Army West Point vs. Colgate Live updates Score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Army West Point vs. Colgate football game
After a two-game homestand, the Colgate Raiders will be on the road. Their week off comes to an end as they meet up with the Army West Point Black Knights at noon ET at Blaik Field at Michie Stadium on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W.'
It was close but no cigar for Colgate as they fell 34-31 to the Cornell Big Red two weeks ago.
Meanwhile, the night started off rough for Army last week, and it ended that way, too. It's hard to picture a worse loss than the 45-10 bruising that they suffered against the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. The Black Knights were in a tough position by the half, with the score already sitting at 21 to nothing. A silver lining for them was the play of WR Isaiah Alston, who caught seven passes for one TD and 123 yards. That receiving effort made it the first game that Alston has posted more than 100 yards receiving.
The losses bumped both teams down to an identical 1-4. Colgate and Army are both 1-2 after wins this season, but that symmetry won't hold for long.
