Now we can really start looking at the ACC's dominance this season, as the league has seven teams ranked in the coaches poll for the first time in 2016-17.

The Coaches Poll was released on Monday afternoon and due to Duke's loss at Virginia Tech, the Hokies climbed into the rankings and solidified the ACC's claim as the overall best conference in America.

Elsewhere, Indiana going 0-2 last week with losses at home to Nebraska and on a neutral court to Louisville didn't cause the Hoosiers to drop out; they're 25th. It's a nine-spot fall for Tom Crean's team.

There are just three undefeated teams remaining, and they're ranked in the top four this week. Meantime, UCLA's loss at Oregon dropped the Bruins from second to fifth, a reasonable outcome considering the Bruins fell in the last second on a 3-pointer by Dillon Brooks.

One more big bump: Florida State's stones road win at Virginia gets the Seminoles from 20th to 13th, while the Cavaliers ... are ranked 12th. Poll often don't add up correctly. So it goes.
